now is the best time to fish. Use power bait, cast it on the ice and tug it off. Let it sink.

Time to fish

The ice has been melting, and has melted enough in two or three areas good enough to fish in. Use a glitter power bait to catch rainbow trout or a other trout.

Times

In early spring to late summer is the best time to fish. Using glittery power bait (rainbow color works best) with weights about 1 1/2 feet from the bait. Cast as far as possible and sink to the bottom.

Ice

The ice is too thin to walk on for about the first four feet by the dam. but other spots MAY be able to walk on.
